Return & Exchange
- We offer package inspection upon delivery.
- You may open your order while the courier is present.
- If you’re not satisfied, you can return it immediately with the courier, and you will only be charged for the shipping fee.
- Once the courier leaves, returns are no longer accepted.
- Exchange is available within 3 days of receiving the item, as long as the product is unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
