Can I return or exchange my jewelry?
You may return your order with the courier at the time of delivery. Once the courier leaves, returns are no longer accepted. Exchanges are available within 3 days of purchase if the item is unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, orders cannot be canceled once they are in the processing stage.
