Return & Exchange

We care about your satisfaction and want you to shop with confidence.

• You may open your package upon delivery. If you are not satisfied, you can return the order immediately with the courier, and you will only be charged for the shipping fee.
  
  
• Once the courier leaves, returns are no longer accepted.
  
  
• Exchanges are available within 3 days of receiving your order, as long as:
   – The item is unused and unworn
   – It is in its original packaging
   – You have proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Please note that customized pieces are not eligible for return, unless there is a defect or issue from our side.
